All information provided through BarrelDrop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy of inventory information
- The availability of products at specific locations
- The timeliness of data updates
- Product pricing accuracy
BarrelDrop is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of the Application or its information. Always verify product availability directly with OHLQ stores before visiting.
4. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Application. By using BarrelDrop, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and comply with all applicable alcohol laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms
BarrelDrop offers auto-renewable subscription options:
- Pro Subscription: $2.99/month or $24.99/year
- Payment is charged to your iTunes account at the time of confirmation
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through Account Settings after purchase
- No refunds are available for any unused portion of your subscription
6. Affiliation Disclaimer
BarrelDrop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:
- OHLQ (Ohio Liquor & Tobacco Commission)
- The Ohio Division of Liquor Control
- Any individual bourbon manufacturers or distributors
All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use BarrelDrop for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Application. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
- Scraping, automated collection, or bulk downloading of data
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to discover the Application's source code
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Application
- Using the Application for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempting to circumvent any security measures
8. Right to Modify or Discontinue
BarrelDrop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
